Is it safe to order online?

We also take fraud risk seriously, so all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your credit card provider.
What payment methods can I choose from?

Is an installment purchase possible?

I didn't receive shipping confirmation, what should I do?
If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email, your payment may have failed. Our customer service team will be able to provide you with more details.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs and times?
Shipping is free. Delivery occurs within 3-5 business days from the order date. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, delivery may take an additional day. These delivery times include business days only and do not include holidays; they are intended as an estimate; any delays due to the shipping company or third parties are not our responsibility.
What are the delivery methods?
Shipments are made via courier. Deliveries to PO Boxes and Poste Restrained addresses are not possible. If your order fails to arrive, you will receive an email allowing you to specify your preferred day and time slot to arrange a new delivery attempt. If you do not respond to this email within 5 days, the goods will be placed in storage at the relevant location.
How is the jewel shipped?
The jewels are delivered in their original packaging and accompanied by a guarantee.
Returns and exchanges
What is the online return/exchange policy?
To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, we offer a return and exchange service.
Goods purchased online may be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 30 days of delivery of the goods, as established by Italian law.
The procedure
To return an item purchased online that you are not completely satisfied with, you will need to follow this procedure:
- Contact Customer Service to obtain the shipping label to print and apply to the package;
- Prepare the package, taking care to adequately protect the product, remembering that the jewelry must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Also include the original purchase receipt in the package.
- Book your home pickup by courier, selecting your desired date and time.
Return validation
Returns are permitted only through the procedure described. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. After the return is validated, you will receive an email confirming the refund, which will be processed using the payment method used for the order.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 14 business days of the return.
Can I return a product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us. Italian law guarantees the customer the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days of receiving the purchased product and receive a full refund (including initial shipping costs).
How do I get a refund?
Refunds will be processed after the return has been validated by our staff, within 14 business days of receiving the goods. The refunded amount will not include any shipping or gift wrapping costs. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original order and will be processed within 14 business days of the return. If paying by bank transfer, we will contact you to provide your bank details.
How do I know if my return has been received?
Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed from the day the return is received. If the product complies with the conditions, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the replacement or refund.

Jewelry repairs and care
Daily care
To best protect your REM jewelry from possible damage, we recommend following our instructions, which will help keep it shining for a long time.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, soaps, chemicals or cosmetics;
- Remove jewelry when washing your hands, applying hygiene sprays, perfumes, or lotions;
- Be careful when wearing jewelry while moving, especially during activities such as sports, gardening, and housework;
- Do not let them come into contact with sea water, thermal water or water with a high concentration of chlorine.
Custody
It's advisable to store each REM piece separately to avoid any knocks or scratches. To preserve its beauty over time, take the following precautions: keep the piece away from heat sources, in a jewelry box or box lined with tarnish-resistant fabric, and away from humidity.
Cleaning
To restore your jewelry to its original shine, we recommend cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth.
REM technology
Do REM® jewelry work with all operating systems?
Yes, REM technology is very versatile and is compatible with any operating system (including iOS and Android), without limitations based on the version used.
How do I access the web app?
The web app is accessible from any device (smartphone or tablet) and compatible with all operating systems (iOS and Android). It doesn't require installation to work; simply connect to the web address with a browser.
Where on the smartphone should I place the REM® jewel?
The antenna is usually located on the top of smartphones, but you can locate it exactly using the REM Detector that comes with your purchase: it will light up in the right spot to indicate where to place the gemstone of your REM jewelry!
Do REM jewelry need to be recharged?
No, the technological heart of REM jewelry will never stop beating!
What type of media can I upload?
REM knows no limits of expression: you can preserve your emotions in the form of videos, photos and dedications!
How much content can I upload to the REM Jewel?
REM jewels are designed to preserve only truly unique moments: you can choose up to three special contents (a video, a dedication and a photo) to crystallize in your jewel.
Is there a limit to the size of media content?
Yes, the limit for photos is currently set to 5 MB, while for videos it is 100 MB.
Who can see the contents of the REM jewel?
The contents of a custom REM jewel can only be viewed by:
- Whoever physically owns it (by holding the gemstone close to the smartphone);
- Inside your account, in the “my jewels” section of your user profile (in the Order summary).

Who can customize a REM piece of jewelry?
Each REM piece of jewelry can be personalized at the time of purchase or later, using the link or QR code received after placing your order. This can only be done by the person purchasing the piece if they have chosen the "Private" option, or by the owner if they have chosen the "Shared" option.
Can I link my account to more than one REM jewel?
Yes, your account is linked to all the jewelry you've purchased. You can see them in the "My Jewelry" section of your user profile.
How long does content stay saved on a REM Jewel?
Your content will remain safe in your REM for as long as you wish! It's crystallized into precious stone through the customization process. You can only modify it by purchasing additional features.
Where is REM jewelry produced?
All REM products are strictly Made in Italy. Each piece is conceived, designed, modeled, and crafted entirely in Italy, thanks to a partnership with the goldsmith company Stella Milano.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
It's very simple. To unsubscribe from receiving newsletters, simply click the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each newsletter and follow the instructions.
How do I create an account?
You can create your account in three simple steps:
